		<description>I thought this was one of the best food-wine pairings that I have had start to finish.  I thought the third course was truly memorable, and an excellent dessert as well-the olive oil ice cream with the almond tuile was devine.</description>

		<description>i had this dessert last night . This was an amazing creation.
The group I was with just finished a delicious and filling
dinner. 4 of us had shared 3 appetizers , some of us had a 
salad , and then our entree were all large portions. All succulent
and delicious in their own way( are you kidding? Mac &amp;cheese-crazy good).
So we were feeling full and content. I was thinking of perhaps a cup of
coffee to finish off the evening , but our waiter was very persuasive
and sugggested this majestic, addictive delight. Wow. The ice crean was suoer
creamy yet light , the chocolate cake was serious yet not heavy ,and the bacon
home cured and perfect , makes the whole dish SING . I have to say , after 4 people
feeling and thinking they were finised eating , we felt like ordering 3 more of these!
