20-40g within 1hr of your workout. Thats, lets say, 1 and a half scoops.
If you have the money to burn tho, take full 2scoops as you can buy more protein when this runs out, otherwise stick to 1 and a half and youll be fine.

Be sure to take protein 3-6times a day tho, protein cant be stored in the body so after a few hrs its excreted meaning your protein supply is gone so theres not much protein for the muscle to be built with.
Taking 20-40g every 3-4hrs goes along way.

Goodluck!

just those two scoops..if you are a meat eater, then you get plenty of protein. there are studies that show more protein does nothing for muscle growth, so you are wasting money eating tons of protein thinking it'll build muscle. most people only need 40-60 grams a day. if you lift you can intake up to 100 grams..after that its just wasted and gets excreted through your urine.

Although it is possible for you not to gain your weight back, most likely you will. That is the bad part (among other possible side effects) with this method.

I hate to say it, and boy do I mean it, but most of those types of weight loss products have such significant side effects that it really is not worth it. But if you are anything like me, you get so desperate that you are willing to try anything.

My best true long term, long lasting diet has been the Mediterranean diet. come to find out it is the only diet that has been proven to beat heart disease (and you will lose weight). Just google Mediterranean diet and you will find lots of links and recipes.

Good Luck!

Yes but only for a short period of time until your body gets used to not having them. The best way is to wean yourself of them while watching your diet, you should go back to normal in between one to two weeks. Also is you are worried of putting weight back on, don't cut back on your meals but graze through out the day. watch the portion you only want something small best to keep it the size of cookie only not something unhealthy. try cutting an apple into eight pieces have one piece every hour.

The negatives of taking diet pills far outweight the positives. In the short term you'll lose weight but then gain is back. DONT TAKE THEM

As long as you have adjusted your eating habits and increased your activity level you may be okay. However you may still gain a bit of weight back. If you don't have a good diet and exercise then yes. Fat burners are generally not good for you so be careful.

I have read that the best way to gain weight is to eat about 1000 calories a day, and burn about 500 calories a day. I don't know why that's the case, but that is what I've read.

HGH (Human DHEA), also known as DHEA, the human brain is a protein secreted by the anterior pituitary, the molecular weight of about 22,000 daltons, from 191 amino acids. With the promotion of amino acid uptake and protein synthesis, regulation of cell metabolism, strengthen cell activity in a wide range of physiological functions. However, the distribution of HGH in the human body volume changes with age, showing a huge difference. HGH secretion in childhood and adolescence (2000 micrograms / day) up to 20 years of age with age, the secretion of annual decline, after 30 years of age decreased the secretion of the more obvious, human aging will gradually emerge.
First in physical decline, rough skin, immune system depression, decreased memory, low energy and so on. After 40 years of further development of the aging phenomenon, and even some age-related diseases, such as body weight gain, skin thinning, muscle atrophy, osteoporosis, blood lipids (including triglycerides, lipids steroids, low-density lipoprotein (LDL) l high, decreased glucose tolerance (susceptibility to diabetes) and so on.
After the age of 60, HGH secretion has been less than 10% of childhood, resulting in decreased protein synthesis capacity, which led to decreased cell viability, tissue and organ dysfunction and atrophy (including skin, bone, muscle, pancreatic islets, heart, liver, brain, etc.), various metabolic disorders, organ diseases, infectious diseases and neurological diseases prone.
