Optimum nutrition is good. You should make a weight gainer shake with it. Just take some milk, oats, whey protein, peanut butter, and berries, put them in the blender.

You will then have a 700 calorie shake.

What’s a good protein powder supplement to use in assistance with losing weight?
My husband wants to lose about 20 pounds and wants a good nutritional/dietary supplement of a protein powder to make shakes in the morning. What is a good brand to use that isn’t ridiculously expensive? I’d prefer to hear from people who actually use a brand and have had success with it… and what flavor is the best?

I use Syntha-6 but it’s around 46$
If you are interested in Syntha-6 I recommend the strawberry flavor

How do I find a whey protein that has no hidden sugars?
I am currently taking Dymatize Nutrition’s Elite Whey Protein Isolate. It claims to have only 2.5 grams of carbohydrates and 1 gram of sugar however, I tend to use it at a sweetener because it is so sweet. I don’t know for sure how they are hiding the fact that it has way more sugar than it claims. The only thing I can figure is that when the ingredients say “concentrate..natural and artificial flavors” they mean concentrated in natural and artificial sugars. I have tried several whey proteins and they are all the same: overly sweet, so how do I find a whey protein (targeted for women) that have no hidden sugars?

Best answer:

Answer by ck
They could be sweetening it with artificial sweetener or sugar alcohols which don’t count as carbs. I don’t think they would make too many that don’t have some kind of sweetener, because otherwise, it would be terribly bland and people wouldn’t like it as much.

What is the difference between an RN and a BSN?
Which is “higher”? Which pays more? Are they really that different. How can you become an RN if you have a BSN and vice versa?

Best answer:

Answer by pauLine…!
an RN is someone who is a registered nurse already: meaning you have passed the board exams for becoming a nurse.. while in BSN, it is someone who is currently taking up nursing or someone who has graduated from that course..

definitely an RN cause you’re licensed and you can proceed to take up higher education..

you can become an RN by taking and passing the nursing licensure examinations..you can’t be an RN if you don’t have a BSN degree..

hope it helps.. :)

How would Human Breast Milk taste in Hot Cocoa or Coffee instead of Cow Milk?
Has any mother tried this before? I hear Breast Milk taste really good, and is really good for you.

If it taste good, then I see a potential industry being made. Sell bottled chocolate milk made with breast milk.

Answer by Eve
Forewarning, you’re probably going to get flamed for this question even though it’s completely legitimate. For some reason, people think milk from a cow’s pussing breast is a-okay but from a human it becomes “bodily fluid” and “gross”. Kind of strange if you ask me.

That being said, breastmilk is just sweeter and creamier than regular milk. It’d probably be fine in cocoa or coffee.

As far as an industry – I’d prefer it not to become one and for lactating women to donate to those in need through the human milk bank (http://www.hmbana.org/)

Will it take me longer to get my BSN while serving in the Air Force?
I am planning to take up Aerospace Medical Service while in the Air Force. Also Im planning to get a Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing. While being in the Air Force, will getting my BSN take longer? I am a bit confuse since some sources say that being in the Air Force may make rapid education progress, and some say it may not. Does this depend on the career that one chooses in the Air Force?

Best answer:

Answer by ET1 (SS) USN retired
In any service, some will say that their job takes all of their time and focus. Therefore they will not do any coursework.

Others do coursework in their off-time and finish degrees.

I completed my Masters in Theology while serving on AD.

Why do bodybuilding magazines choose to act in an unethical way?
Why do bodybuilding magazines choose to act in an unethical way?
By promoting steroid use and obsessive exercise.

Best answer:

Answer by chupacadabra
i’m not sure that they overtly promote steroid use, but as for the excessive exercise – they are body building magazines man, what do you expect? there is a market for it, the magazines fill the desire for people who like that kind of thing. i don’t think the magazines are a primary contributing factor in pushing people towards being muscle bound mutant freaks. it’s some brain aberration or something, like anorexia.
