How do I gain muscle without gaining weight?
I am 19, 5’7, 119 pounds and a girl. I am trying to gain muscle, but not gain any weight. Getting rid of some fat would be a plus too. My current gym routine involves an hour on the elliptical, 10 minutes speed walking on the treadmill, 40 minutes of weight lifting and body sculpting exercises, 10 minutes of stretching. I typically eat about 900 to 1400 calories a day. Am I on the right track to gain muscle without gaining weight?

You’re not eating nearly enough and could probably stand to gain some weight. You’ll never gain any muscle eating as little as you are. You should be eating at least 2000 calories a day.

No offense but it sounds like you might have a borderline eating disorder.

What is a quality workout supplement to safely boost my test levels and gain some dense muscle mass?
Ive taken USPlabs pink magic, twice. Thats basically the most “hardcore” thing ive taken, i know its nothing crazy, it doesnt really do much for me. Besides from that, I just try to eat a ton of quality calories, as well as supplement with Whey, Jack3d, and BCAA’s. Im currently 5’11”, 155 lb. and ive never had a problem with getting cut, ive just never been able to really bulk up. So what im looking for is a quality pro-hormone that i wont need to PCT with and risk too many nasty side effects with, any suggestions?

6 small meals with vegetables and whey protein. DO NOT USE SUPPLEMENTS!!!! They are bad

It takes a bit of time for muscles to grow, all of these chemicals screw you up in the long run, trust me, they screwed me up

How do I lose weight rather then gain weight when exercising?
Every time I exercise I gain muscle weight but I want to lose 10 lbs. I’m running a 5k in a month and I need to start running to prepare. I exercise now almost every day and do sit ups to and abs slide to flatten my stomach. Normally I use the gazelle or I ride my bike for exercise. How do I lose weight rather than gain? Thanks for your help.

How can I gain weight and muscle without using Whey protein?
Now most people know that Whey Protein can help gain easy muscle and weight hence the creatine promoting weight and muscle gain. However, Whey protein is expensive, and so are the other protein powders/bars on the retail market. What are ways I can gain weight (healthy weight, not fat; I have a healthy diet) and muscle (I work out regularly) without using Whey protein?

Eat foods containing a lot of protein like chicken and eggs even stoffers little personal lasagnas are pretty good protein wise another good protein to try is casein take it before you go to bed cause its a slow digesting protein and keeps you fueled till u can eat the next morning.

How can you determine where weight weight gain goes first?
I am trying to gain weight in the bust area as I’m flat chested but I really don’t need to gain weight anywhere else ): My stomach and thighs are of reasonable size so I want to try and gain weight more evenly around the chest.
So how can you determine where weight is distributed most and where you gain weight first??

Please help!

I don’t think you can. If we could, there wouldn’t be so many B cups with muffin tops. hahhahhahh! I’m sure it is on a lot of peoples’ wish lists.

What I bet will help you though, is some target toning, body sculpting type exercises. Plus your breast size isn’t just about the soft squishy part, it is about the muscle tone underneath. That is what makes your breasts shapely and perky. So don’t be afraid to build that muscle tone, you are not necessarily making them smaller, less fatty, or less squishy.

I gained weight on Zoloft. If I switch to another antidepressant will the weight gain likely go away?
I’ve gained 30 lbs since starting Zoloft. It works really well for me, but the weight gain is upsetting. Has anyone who gained weight from an antidepressant lost weight after switching?

As a side note, I do not want to try Wellbutrin because it isn’t supposed to be good for anxiety.
