Will I gain weight back when I stop taking fat burners?
I want to take fat burners to help me lose about 70 pounds. when i stop will that cause me to gain the weight back

Taking fat burners will speed up your metabolism, when you stop taking them it will slow down to below where it is to be and you will more then likely gain back more weight.

How do you gain weight by not eating enough calories in a day?
I am trying to lose weight. I am eating about 700 calories a day. My mom said that is not enough and I will gain weight if I keep doing that. How is that possible? If it is true, why are drug addicts so skinny?

you wont gain weight by eating 700 calories a day, but it is unhealthy. if you want to loose weight just eat about 1500 a day

I need to gain more weight as I’ve lost too much this summer. Now that I lost too much weight my breasts have gone smaller too :(

What is normal weight gain for the first trimester?
I am 8 weeks and have gained 1 lb. I just want to make sure this is normal weight gain. Is it enough or should I not be gaining weight this soon?

I would have asked the nurse that took my weight but unfortunately I live in South Korea so communication is difficult. Thanks in advance!

That’s fine, you wouldn’t want to gain any more than that at this point as the baby is still tiny. Many women actually lose weight in the first trimester so don’t worry that you’re not gaining enough.

How do I gain weight to up a class in MMA Fighting?
Currently, I’m 6′ and 153 pounds. I want to gain as much weight as I can. What would be the healthiest, quickest, most effective way to gain some. I work out in the gym and all I do is tone my muscles, there is no weight gain. Someone give me som good advice. Maybe someone with experience in MMA fighting that knows about going up and down weight classes. Thanks!

Protein powder crap is pointless to use. Just drink milk.. a lot of milk. Has everything you need and take vitamins. Like One A Day for men.

If you work out ,you will increase muscle.If you take Nitro-Tech. and do not work out you will get fat.When you stop taking it you will feel tired.

How much weight should I gain during pregnancy?
I just entered my third month and havnt gained anything yet-I did lose 5 lbs though cuz I can’t eat too much thanks to morning sickness. Is this normal? When will I start gaining weight and how much should I gain?
Also I’m pretty nervous that I won’t be able to lose weight after I give birth. My mom keeps telling me not to worry that I’m young and it’s my first baby so the weight will come off fast, especially if I exercise and eat healthy during my pregnancy. Is she right?

Oh my goodnes enjoy your pregnancy instead of worrying about losing weight. You will not care when your baby is up feeding. Eat what you want and enjoy it cos you have an excuse.

How do I gain weight and muscle without dropping my speed and agility?
I am 16 years old and currently 5’11” 150 lbs. I want to gain more weight without sacrificing my speed because I play a high caliber level of soccer. I feel I need to put on more muscle weight cause I play Centre Mid and need to be stronger to win more jostles and standing tackles. Any types of exercises and training tips will be much appreciated.

Hey,

Well firstly soccer skills will always beat brute strength. Look at midfield players that are small but skillful, messi, Roy Keane, Xavi, Fabregas, Deco.

The most important element in soccer is good core strength so lots of core planks and stability ball work.

If you did want to get bigger, I would advise doing a muscle building program in the off season. I would do fully body, power type movements though to keep speed and agility so thinks like squats, clean and press and other olympic type movements.

If you look at olympic lifters that have the explosive power to lift massive weight but are not huge and copy them. Speak to a strength training coach to get you a proper program NOT a bodybuilder.

How do I gain weight to increase a cup size?
I’m 20, 5’4, weight 100lbs, and have 34Bs. I would like to gain weight to achieve a bigger cup size with fuller breasts etc. How would I go about this in a healty way, I have heard up up my calorie in take, any other tips. Also if anyone has done this and had gotten results I’d like to hear what you have to say.

My moms friend tryed this once and her breasts got bigger but so did her legs and everything else
