How do I gain weight and muscle without dropping my speed and agility?
I am 16 years old and currently 5’11” 150 lbs. I want to gain more weight without sacrificing my speed because I play a high caliber level of soccer. I feel I need to put on more muscle weight cause I play Centre Mid and need to be stronger to win more jostles and standing tackles. Any types of exercises and training tips will be much appreciated.

Hey,
Well firstly soccer skills will always beat brute strength. Look at midfield players that are small but skillful, messi, Roy Keane, Xavi, Fabregas, Deco.
The most important element in soccer is good core strength so lots of core planks and stability ball work.
If you did want to get bigger, I would advise doing a muscle building program in the off season. I would do fully body, power type movements though to keep speed and agility so thinks like squats, clean and press and other olympic type movements.
If you look at olympic lifters that have the explosive power to lift massive weight but are not huge and copy them. Speak to a strength training coach to get you a proper program NOT a bodybuilder.
