What are some good diet supplements? and is you recommend it have you tried it?
I need something to help me loose weight.. I exercise frequently and eat healthy, but I haven’t lost any weight. I am not willing to go on an Adkins diet or anything like that. i just need some help or a little booster to help. Thanks

You aren’t stating your age and that can make a difference. a lady I worked with said Relacor (sp?) was working for her. The only thing that concerns me about them is, if you stop, do you start gaining weight again? Some of them make me nervous — I wouldn’t want to HAVE to take it the rest of my life ya know?

Is it okay to drink Whey Protein when your not getting enough protein in your diet?
Would drinking Whey Protein mix, in the morning (as a substitute for breakfast) be a good or bad for someone who doesn’t regularly eat enough protein?

I’m sure it wouldn’t be bad, but it isn’t going to be very healthy. Try making a breakfast burrito with cheese, beans, and eggs. That should be a pretty healthy dose of protein right there.

Workout/ weightloss diet question?
Hi, I’m 6′ 3″, 270 lbs, I have been taking usplabs jack3d for about 3 weeks as a preworkout. Just off the jack3d I lost 15 lbs through working out. Originally weighed 285 lbs… yesterday I bought usplabs oxyelite pro, my question is, what should I be eating everyday morning lunch and dinner? Currently today I had tuna and a bannana for breakfast and just tuna ( in cans btw) for lunch. I workout very seriously everyother day, today being my day off. Any comments would be great! Thanks!

Actually, you can just eat a lot of red grapes! I started eating them (about a 1/2 bag a day) just for the antioxidants. But, I ended up losing 9 pounds by accident! So I checked it out and it turns out that is a benefit they have! My girlfriend did it and she lost lots too! Then, I told someone else and he did too! It is amazing! And natural! I just pop them in my mouth all day long! I look a little silly carrying my grapes around, but it works so well I just don’t care! I didn’t change anything else in my diet either! But, I found a link to back my findings!

Well I’ll start by saying this.Don’t follow Ronnie Colemans work outs to a T.If it’s the same Ronnie Coleman that I’m thinking of he’s a pro body builder.All of these pros are doped to the hilt.It is not humanly possible to get as big as these guys without serious drug use.These guys spend an estimated 30-60 thousand dollars a year for their drugs alone.If your 16 you shouldn’t be supplementing arginine and I’ll assume nitrix is either arginine or AAKG which contains arginine.If the Cellmas has creatine you shouldn’t be using that either and it’s not even legal for you to buy it in the US at your age.At your age you can just eat right,get plenty of protein and train hard.It worked for me.

Are there any good diet supplements I can buy in store?
I’ve seen the Wu-Yi Source Green Tea online and it sounds like it’d be something that would be really great, but I don’t have a credit card, so I’m wondering if anyone knows of anything like that I can buy in store?
I am wanting something to help lose (a lot of) weight and give me more energy.

What diet pills or supplements should I take?
I’m going on vacation in ten days I just wanted to try and burn a little bit of fat and feel good before I go. I’m 5’7 and weigh 130lbs. My thighs are kinda chunky and so is the fat around my waist. What would be some good diet pills or supplements that I can take w/ exercise to lose a little bit before I go?

I was thinking about quicktrim? Any other ideas?

Going healthy (targeting stomach),how should I start (diet, supplements, exercise?) Personalized answers plz?
I recently got back from a missions trip working in the kitchen and gained. I’m 5’3 and weight around 126 right with my usual weight around 118. I’m not overweight or think I’m fat but most of it is in my butt and stomach. I would love to lose a few pounds and mostly tone my body with concentration in those areas. I am addicted to sugar so I need a great way to get started. It would be hard for me to wake up tomorrow with a whole new lifestyle so this is going to be a process for me and I’m willing to take my time. I’m not looking for some diet pill that won’t be successful. I would love to hear from those of you who lost weight or toned and exactly how you did it. What is the main area with foods I should be avoiding, how many meals should I eat a day, is snacking okay? Are the diet books worth it, like Bob Green’s Best Life Diet? What sport or exercise will tone those parts the best? What supplements should I be taking, does weight smart one a day work? Thanks!

I lost about 30 lbs in 60 days and I wrote about it in my blog at http://looseweightfree.blogspot.com It was hard in the two months but I have managed to maintain it for the last two years. It is tough but not impossible. It has even given me a lot of mind control when I see food. If you are serious about loosing weight read it and see if you can do the same.
