At noon i take RIpped Freak. Just 1 pill a day

And after my work out i take MuscleTech® Nitro Isolate 65™ Pro Series

But i was thinking of switching to this one as my after workout shake MuscleTech® Anabolic Halo™ Hardcore Pro Series

Im having weird side effects to the jack3d stuff. I feel all tingly and alot of energy. Feels like ill have a heart attack lol.

So i dunno if i should stick with this or change it.

the jack3d stuff is giving you chest pain i would stay away…
my wife takes hydroxycut and works out, try the max strength instead of something that may make you die.., =) as far as vitamins i would try taking them first thing in the morning with a good breakfast.
are you trying to slim down or bulk up with muscle?

Going healthy (targeting stomach),how should I start (diet, supplements, exercise?) Personalized answers plz?
I recently got back from a missions trip working in the kitchen and gained. I’m 5’3 and weight around 126 right with my usual weight around 118. I’m not overweight or think I’m fat but most of it is in my butt and stomach. I would love to lose a few pounds and mostly tone my body with concentration in those areas. I am addicted to sugar so I need a great way to get started. It would be hard for me to wake up tomorrow with a whole new lifestyle so this is going to be a process for me and I’m willing to take my time. I’m not looking for some diet pill that won’t be successful. I would love to hear from those of you who lost weight or toned and exactly how you did it. What is the main area with foods I should be avoiding, how many meals should I eat a day, is snacking okay? Are the diet books worth it, like Bob Green’s Best Life Diet? What sport or exercise will tone those parts the best? What supplements should I be taking, does weight smart one a day work? Thanks!

I lost about 30 lbs in 60 days and I wrote about it in my blog at http://looseweightfree.blogspot.com It was hard in the two months but I have managed to maintain it for the last two years. It is tough but not impossible. It has even given me a lot of mind control when I see food. If you are serious about loosing weight read it and see if you can do the same.

How can I gain weight back the healthy way?
I am a 21 year old male. I am about 6 feet tall and weigh about 175 lbs. I used to be obese but I have lost the weight to get healthy. I have a larger body frame so I should be at about 195-200 lbs. The problem is, I continue to lose weight because I’m exercising and I am afraid to eat too much because my family isn’t exactly the most healthy eaters. Does anyone have any suggestions to gain the weight back in a healthy way? I’m sure I also need some more muscle because all this weight-loss and low-calorie eating is probably deteriorating my muscle mass. I’m panicking because everyone tells me I lost too much weight and I look sick. Please help. How do I achieve this without overdoing it on sugar, and sodium and all that bad stuff in the process? I have a LOT of weight to gain so I don’t know how I am going to put that many calories in me without far exceeding safe sodium and sugar limits. I need to stop this before it’s too late and I end up a shriveled up pile of bones.
My doctor says I should weigh about 190-200 lbs. And I do look too skinny. My larger frame looks very bad with nothing on it- no muscle, or fat…would it be a good idea to eat a lot of walnuts since they’re so calorie-dense, but are good fats?
And I still don’t know how I will be able to eat a lot of calories since there seems to be no way around consuming too much sodium, sugar, cholesterol and other bad stuff…

Are you following your pregnancy diet? I know I was scolded for only drinking 3 cups of milk per day. I was supposed to drink a quart per day.

How effective and healthy are diet supplements?
With all the advertisements for weight loss supplements like Trimspa, Hydroxycut, etc… I’m curious to know more about the positive and negative aspects of using them for weight loss.

They are only a temporary fix and don’t always work. Your best bet is to eat 3 healthy meals a day with a good snack between each meal and get some exercise. Be sure to control the size of your portions you eat and include lots of fresh fruits and veggies.

eat a few tablespoons of peanut butter everyday. my nutritionist told me that was an easy way to get your extra calories.

just mixed nuts would work, too. they are high in calories and don’t fill you up too much.

How do you make your own healthy protein powder?
I make milkshakes a lot, and we have been using a hemp protein powder. I just found out that I’m allergic to it. How do I make my own protein powder, without using corn syrup or any of that gross stuff?

Also, I actually make SMOOTHIES with protein powder, not milkshakes. (We just CALL them milkshakes.)

I would really appreciate an answer soon; thank you!
I am mostly looking for recipes.
Recipes with the exact amount, please!

How can I gain weight the healthy way?
All my life I’ve been this very skinny girl (and no I don’t have an eating disorder). I’ve never been able to gain weight like other people can so some people think I’m anorexic/bulimic. I want to at last gain weight by the end of August 2007 so that I can make an impression on people and to show them how beautiful I’ve always been. Not only that, I’d like to not only to gain that weight, but do it healthfully as heart disease, diabetes, and high blood-sugar run in my family. So is there truly a way to do all this or am I disappointed again?

What can I do to gain weight?
The average person wanting to gain weight should try to eat foods with high calorie content and larger portions of food. Mild exercise can help to increase your appetite and help you add muscle rather than fat.

The following recommendations can be used by anyone wanting to gain or regain weight. It may be necessary, however, to change them to meet your specific needs. Check with your health care provider or dietitian about this.

To start, eat about 500 calories more a day than you have been eating. Some people will need to add up to a 1,000 extra calories.
Eat snacks throughout the day.
Choose higher calorie foods often.
Try to always eat larger-than-normal portions at meals. If you have a poor appetite, it may work better to eat smaller, very high calorie meals and to eat more often.
Fat contains more calories than any other food group: 45 calories in just 1 teaspoon. Adding healthy fats, such as plant oils (canola, olive, or peanut oil), soft margarines (look for those with no trans fats), old-fashioned peanut butter (the kind that needs stirring before you eat it), and avocado, is an easy way to add a lot of calories without having to eat a lot more food.
Avoid saturated fats. Foods high in saturated fat include: whole-milk dairy products, chicken skin, bacon, sausage, sour cream, butter, high-fat cuts of meat, and many processed snack foods.

Even though you are eating a high-calorie diet, you should try to keep it healthy by including a lot of unprocessed (unrefined) carbohydrates, such as whole grains and fruits, as well as vegetables and lean protein foods such as skim milk products, skinless poultry, fish, egg whites, beans, and low-fat cuts of pork and beef.
