Are there any fat burners that work for people that don’t have a lot of weight to lose?
I am very active, I work out at the gym 3 days a week. my eating is pretty good, but could be better. I would like to be able to compete in a bodybuilding figure competion, but I need to lean out more. I have tried several different fat burner pills to give my metabolism a bigger boost, but can’t find one that works yet.

Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.
There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there’s also the Jojo-effect.
The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.
Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That’s an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn’t that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?

Is it ok for a non overweight fit person that works out, to take weight loss pills for trimming fat?
Im 18, 167 pounds, and dont have much fat on me at all. Im thinking of taking some wight loss pills to lose any fat i do have on me. Im taking mass gainer/protein shakes to build muscle along with a pre workout supplement. My plan is to take weight loss pills to trim any fat off me and start eating a bit better as i want to get more ripped. Is it fine to take these pills to trim fat, and trying to gain muscle at the same time? Here are the pills im planning on buying.

thats kinda dumb to me, you should drink more fluid and sweat more by running with layers or go into a sweat room

How come some people just dont seem to build muscle when weight lifting?
I see many skinny guys who weight lift in foot ball for 1 year, and they say they cant build muscle

I seen some guys who weight lift alot but still really skinny why?

I mean if they can lift more, there had to be some muscle up grade why? What does their muscle do then?

You have to eat more. If you don’t eat more, then your muscles don’t get the nutrients needed for growth.

Umm… If I were you I’d try losing weight the natural way… You know what they say, no pain no gain… Seriously don’t try anything else because it can be risky… Here’s what you should do: 30 Minutes of Cardio everyday, Eat short but healthy meals every 4 hours, and drink plenty of water…

How do I gain muscle without gaining weight?
I am 19, 5’7, 119 pounds and a girl. I am trying to gain muscle, but not gain any weight. Getting rid of some fat would be a plus too. My current gym routine involves an hour on the elliptical, 10 minutes speed walking on the treadmill, 40 minutes of weight lifting and body sculpting exercises, 10 minutes of stretching. I typically eat about 900 to 1400 calories a day. Am I on the right track to gain muscle without gaining weight?

You’re not eating nearly enough and could probably stand to gain some weight. You’ll never gain any muscle eating as little as you are. You should be eating at least 2000 calories a day.

No offense but it sounds like you might have a borderline eating disorder.

Weight loss pills are a waste of money – they just don’t work.

I’m 5″5 126lbs and I asked my mom for weight loss pills and she said that they are terrible for someone my age and can be really harmful but I’m not sure if that’s true.. Could I take them? Are they bad for you? Do they really work?

How do I lose weight rather then gain weight when exercising?
Every time I exercise I gain muscle weight but I want to lose 10 lbs. I’m running a 5k in a month and I need to start running to prepare. I exercise now almost every day and do sit ups to and abs slide to flatten my stomach. Normally I use the gazelle or I ride my bike for exercise. How do I lose weight rather than gain? Thanks for your help.

What’s a good protein powder supplement to use in assistance with losing weight?
My husband wants to lose about 20 pounds and wants a good nutritional/dietary supplement of a protein powder to make shakes in the morning. What is a good brand to use that isn’t ridiculously expensive? I’d prefer to hear from people who actually use a brand and have had success with it… and what flavor is the best?

I use Syntha-6 but it’s around 46$
If you are interested in Syntha-6 I recommend the strawberry flavor
