does optimum 100 percent whey protein work well for building muscle or is it just to use to be healthy?
well i cant stand the taste of chocolate whey protein so im trying to get the optimum 100% whey and i was wondering if it worked well like any other kind of whey protein or is it not as effective?…what i really want to do is gain weight to, but there aren’t any weight gainers out there that dont taste horrible right?..thanks for all the help.

Whey protein can be used to gain muscle mass.

Any protein can for that matter as long as you have exercised properly and provide your self with good rest.

And yes they all taste bad. Drink milk with a protein bar. Some of the protein bars taste really good…. the snickers ones are da bomb. Make sure you eat enough fiber too!

But if you must I’d go with vanilla flavored shakes! If you want something with chocolate just add chocolate syrup….

Does anyone know if any of the tattoo removal creams/lotions/gels really work?
Wondering if anyone has tried any of the tattoo removal creams/lotions/gels and if they really work or not?

Logically, it doesn’t seem like it does remove them. You have to think about what a tattoo is. I just got my first one and it’s deep in your skin cells. They put it into the bottom most layer they can reach because your skin sheds at such an amazing rate. That’s why tattoos fade. Eventually that layer of skin gets closer and closer to the surface and your new skin grows underneath. So no, I wouldn’t think that they would work very well. The tattoo might fade to the point of barely being able to see if if you never got it reworked……. but I don’t think lotions or creams will help get rid of a tattoo. Laser surgery will though.

Does tattoo removal creams work on already faded tattoos?
This question is for only thise that used the cream I dont need your suggestion if it may or may not work. Anyway my tattoos are on my forearms and they are really fading so I’m thinking about using a cream to fade them a little more so I can get lazer removal. Does the cream fade it if its black ink?

Does the Wrecking Balm Tattoo Fading Cream system work? After visiting some different sites and forums where people have commented on and given their reviews, their ratings look like this approximately: No one claimed it totally faded their tattoo. 60% said no noticeable fading of their tattoo 20% said there was some noticeable fading. 20% said there was a lot of fading. About 35% said they were pretty happy with the amount of fading they had. (It was enough to cover over with a new tattoo, or with make up.) Maybe 10% or so, or a third of the ones that were happy with it, said they were really happy with it. I found myself a bit skeptical of these comments, wondering if they were legit. But maybe they were.

C0nsidering that lazer tattoo removal can easily be $ 2000-$ 4000 or more, depending on several factors like tattoo age, color shade, size, type of ink and so forth, for many, using a tattoo removal cream like Wrecking Balm seems worth trying.

Keep in mind, the Wrecking Balm Tattoo cream removal kit is comprised of things you can get at a drug store- for a lot cheaper. (the main ingredient in theirtattoo removal cream is 1% hydroquinone, a skin whitener. Care must be taken in using it, as it can irritate or even scar the skin).

I’m not an idiot, I know food doesn’t burn fat for you, but I heard that eating fruits and veggies “promotes” weightloss… whatever that means.. And I also heard that a teaspoon of cinamon a day can help your metabolism be faster so you burn weight quicker. Any others???

Im a skinny hardgainer and i want to gain weight. If i barely workout and take Gaspari Nutrition Real Mass protein shakes without working out, will i just get fat or will nothing happen at all?

You will gain fat. Working out causes you to use the nutrients in the mass gainer for lean tissue building. Without working out you consume the same amount of calories but it will be stored as excess energy in the form of fat.

Phil, you are wasting your money with both of these supplements. I suspect the only thing that you will gain is a lighter wallet and some friends in the snake-oil supplement business who are getting rich off you.

Most of these supplements marketed as “legal” anabolic steroids and “prohormones” are herbal concoctions with little or no scientific backing and are of questionable effectiveness. In some cases, they may have adverse effects on your health. They will try to impress you in their ads with all kinds of psuedoscientific babble about “HPTA modulation, ” Pro-Hypertrophic capacity,” and “proprietary formulas” but at the end of the day, this is really just intended to make them sound legit and confuse the hell out of you with fancy terms so you’ll fork over the dough.

The most anabolic substance is food and the best strength and muscle activators are the weight you lift in the gym. The only two supplements that I would even consider are creatine and whey protein. Whey protein is a staple, regardless of how experienced you are as a lifter, and creatine is best for intermediate to advanced lifters (more than a year) who have hit a plateau.

Beta-alanine seems to have some promise, but the jury is still out there.

Save your forty bucks and instead eat clean, workout hard and take your omega 3s. You’ll be a happier, healthier, richer man for it.

Nothing comes easy and there are no short-cuts here. Hard work and discipline gets rewarded.

Best of luck!

How can I build muscle if I work as a package handler 4 hours stright?
Do you think it’s going to be impossible for me to build muscle if i lift heavy things everyday non stop for 4 hours. Don’t muscles need rest to grow? Cause I work like this everyday. Please answer

thanks

You will build some muscle, but not as healthfully as if you were to rest. My best advice is to stretch your arms before and after working, and take frequent baths to let your muscles relax. Over time your muscles will build and get stronger for your work, just take care of them. I’m sure you also know to keep up on your protein and vitamins.

It’s a waste of money. Use that money for better supplement alternatives: MRPs , protein, creatine.
