Lets face it. There is an overwhelming amount of information online about nutrition. Outside of exercise and proper sleep, nutrition is the one thing people struggle with the most and arguably is the MOST important.

Another aspect that people may struggle with is TIME. YOUR TIME is incredibly valuable. If the only reason why you’re not achieving your goals is because you simply don’t have the time, don’t know where to start, or just don’t like cooking cooking, invest in a professional that can take care of that for you.

In addition to my private chef services, I offer a balanced weekly nutrition focused menu as well as 1-on-1 nutrition coaching. I aim to use the highest quality ingredients possible to ensure overall food quality matches the flavor and nutrition of every dish I create. What sets me apart is that I’ve been where you are. I struggled with my weight my ENTIRE life. Working in restaurants my entire career, I didn’t make the time to value my own health. I had an extremely unhealthy relationship with both food and alcohol. I ate too much of whatever I wanted. I drank myself into a downward spiral. I went through so many ups-and-downs, ins-and outs.

I MADE THE CHANGE. I took control and put in the work. With a ton of effort and consistency, I lost over 75lb and gained a great deal of confidence. Through the power of real food and fitness, I am stronger now both physically and mentally as I’ve ever been. I’m proud of the person I’ve become and feel that it is my mission to help other people.
