Chef Brett Smith created and prepared an absolutely delicious feast for our New Year’s Eve celebration. He presented the menu well in advance of the event, offering options for everything from appetizers through dessert. He showed up early, took over the kitchen and soon marvelous aromas were wafting through our home. The evening was well-planned and enjoyed by all. Everyone raved about the dishes, one after the other. Delectable from start to finish!
